This kit is suitable for the detection of Yersinia enterocolitica in food.
Principle
Principle
Based on Real Time PCR technology, primers, fluorescent probes and other reagents required for the specific gene of Yersinia enterocolitica are used to add the sample to be tested for amplification reaction. During the amplification process, the fluorescent probe binds to the target gene fragment, which can be decomposed by Taq enzyme and produce a fluorescent signal. At this time, the fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument can recognize the fluorescent signal and draw the corresponding real-time amplification curve according to its intensity changes, thereby determining whether Yersinia enterocolitica is detected.
Other materials and applicable instruments required: Fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument (with a fluorescence channel capable of detecting FAM markers), high-speed centrifuge, pipette, pipette tip and centrifuge tube, etc. Quality control
The negative control does not show an obvious S-type amplification curve or Ct value>35, and the positive control shows an S-type amplification curve and its Ct value is <30. If both the positive and negative controls meet the above conditions, the test results are invalid and should be retested or contact product technical support.
