Applicable instrument:

This kit is used for the detection of Malaria Nucleic Acid and assisted diagnosis and epidemiological  surveillance of Monkeypox.

Interpretation of results:

1.If the test sample yields a typical S-type amplification curve in the FAM channel and the Ct value is ≤35, the sample can be judged to be Mycobacterium Tuberculosis positive.

2.If the test sample does not yield amplification curve or Ct value> 38 in the FAM channel, the sample can be judged to be Mycobacterium Tuberculosis negative.

3.If the test sample yields a Ct value range is 35-38 inthe FAM channel, the results need to retest. If the results repeated are consistent, and has a typical S-tyype amplification curve, the sample can be judged as Mycobacterium Tuberculosis positive,otherwise,the sample can bejudged as Mycobacterium Tuberculosis negative.
